The lake

Your apps, kept. History included.

Most companies think they have their data. They have logins. FreshBooks has this month's invoices. ConnectWise has the ticket as it looks right now. HubSpot has the contact after the last merge. Someone deletes a card, overwrites a status, loses a login, and that version of the truth is gone.

Coeleste is a data lake of the apps you connect. Read-only. We ingest. We never write back. Once a record is stored, it stays in your tenant. That is the backup. Not of laptops, not of file servers, not a replacement for the backup product your MSP already sells. A second copy of the business systems you actually run the company on.

History the source never kept

Most of those apps only show you the current record. Coeleste keeps the trail. If the source already timestamps the change, we store that stream. If it overwrites in place and never logged it, we version the field so last Tuesday still exists. You can ask what a number was, not only what it is.

Definitions have revision history. You can preview a change before it applies, and restore one you regret. Tiles do too. The warehouse can answer as-of a date even when the source UI cannot.

Impossible questions

This is the whole point. Why did we lose this client. Combine the last payment, the last meeting, the last ticket, the last time anyone touched their board. Nobody's tool shows all four. The lake does, because we stored the rows.

Where am I losing profits. That is not a FreshBooks report and it is not a PSA screen. It is time, invoices, the work that never got billed, the client who went quiet. You only get that sentence if the apps are in one place and the history is still there.

I am not claiming Coeleste knows secrets you did not connect. If the app is not plugged in, the lake does not have it. The default, once it is plugged in, is to grab every useful read. Skipping data to keep the adapter small is the anti-decision.

Then you look at it

A lake you cannot see is a very expensive hard drive. You hang tiles on definitions and take that board into the room. You ask why in the AI you already use. You send a customer a dashboard. Viewers do not take a seat.
