Tableau, Power BI, and Looker are good at drawing a chart against a warehouse someone already modeled. Hex is good at a notebook that turns into a dashboard. I am not going to pretend those products are toys. The cost hid somewhere else.

Someone has to model the warehouse. Someone has to write the semantic layer. Someone has to know the SQL. A new question waits six weeks. The meeting where you changed what "active" means never makes it onto the tile. Context lives in Slack and in someone's head.

Companies already pay hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for that pile. Warehouse, BI tool, the people who glue them, the MSP reporting stack on the side. Sometimes more. Coeleste is that job, starting from the apps you already have.

What changes

You connect FreshBooks, HubSpot, ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, the rest of the catalog. The lake keeps the records and the history. You talk until the definition is accurate for your business. You hang a tile. When a number looks wrong, you ask why. You do not rebuild the board.

Typical AI dashboards skip the definition and let the chat become the number. That is the thing executives are right to distrust. The AI BI page is the longer version of that argument.

What you still might keep

If you already have a warehouse team and a certified semantic layer, you may still want Tableau for a specific audience. Coeleste is not a slide that says "rip it all out Monday." It is the path that starts from the apps, keeps history the warehouse team never got around to, and puts a board in front of people who will never open Power BI.

Cost

Pricing is not on this page because it is not public yet. When it is, it will be a fraction of the stack I just described. Viewers do not take a seat, so sending a customer a dashboard does not turn into another license line. Join the list if you want in before that number exists.
