For MSPs

A board for you. A board for the customer. Viewers do not take a seat.

MSPs already pay for a reporting stack that shows the customer a handful of charts and shows the service desk a different handful. Tickets in ConnectWise. Devices in the RMM. Invoices in FreshBooks or QuickBooks. Time somewhere else. The QBR is a scramble.

Coeleste is one lake of those systems, dashboards you actually use internally, and dashboards you send to a client. External viewers do not take a seat. That is a product decision, not a launch discount. Charging the customer for looking at their own board would kill the feature that makes the board worth building.

What you hang

Open reactive work. Time that never got billed. Patch currency. Clients going quiet. Collected vs outstanding. You define what those sentences mean for your shop once. Tiles are views. The client board can be a thinner version of the same truths. They see what you picked. They cannot open Manage. They cannot talk to your AI on your tenant.

They get a magic link. Access lasts until you revoke it. The credential in the inbox is short-lived on purpose. The access is not.

Questions Manage will never answer

Why is this client loud and unpaid. That is tickets plus invoices plus meetings plus the last time anyone touched their board. The lake keeps the history those tools overwrite. As-of last quarter is a query, not a screenshot you forgot to save.

ConnectWise, FreshBooks, Ninja, Microsoft 365, Trello, the rest of the catalog as it is live. Read-only. We do not write back into the PSA.

Coeleste is coming soon. Get early access if you want in. More notes.
